Virtually everything we do at Medical Group is rooted in a methodical, leave-no-stone-unturned approach to market research and analysis. The goal is to provide our distribution partners – both upstream and downstream – with the information they need to make sound decisions when it comes to addressing the needs of the markets we serve.
Of course, reading markets can be difficult even in the best of times, and even if the market in question is clearly defined. We know this as well as anyone, sitting as we do in the heart of the Balkans, with well-established EMEA markets to our north and west and not so well-established ones south and east.
All of which is to say, when we say “we see a clear market opportunity,” we mean it. By the same token, we also mean it when say, “We don’t believe the market is quite ready for [this or that].” In any event, once we decide to move on an opportunity, we move, with everyone from our CEO to our warehouse staff working in tandem to convert and deliver.
